Technically, if I was following the program to the letter I would be participating in a 5k race today. I didn’t feel like doing that so I decided to do an 8-miler.
Today was the longest I’ve ran non-stop and the most elevation gain.
I’m trying my best to avoid the track. I mentioned in my last post that I am making sure I run on varied terrain and today’s run certainly was a challenge.
