Got up for an early run this morning. I was really rearin’ to get out there after my rest day so I just popped down to the track.
Yes, I know I said in the last post I was avoiding the track but after my long bike/run on the weekend, I wanted to see how my legs would feel.
And they felt great.
Not bad time overall. That’s not my focus but I still like seeing the trophy icon every so often.
