After my long run on Saturday, I decided not to cross-train on Sunday. Not that
my legs were sore or anything but I wanted to get a good rest.

I started today with a short trail run to get the blood flowing.



The downhill parts were interesting. It was by no means a technical trail, so it will be good to practice on.

Later, I hit the road on my bike and pounded out 32.9 miles.


I’m really liking cycling. As I’ve said before, I find it much easier to stay aerobic

Training is going pretty well so far.
