Hal Higdon Week 2 Training

Little late posting but …

Week two ended up being my highest mileage week so far (37.2 miles) and I ran off the training plan in regards to distance.

D1 – 10.2 Trail Run
D2 – 7.8 road
D3 – 6 road
D4 – 13.2 road

I felt great all week long and we had really good weather so I decided to take advantage of both of those factors.
